On behalf of our Client, we are currently looking to employ a contracts administrator to work within the busy responsive repairs team. They will be required to handle calls from a wide variety of clients, providing a high level of customer service and administrative support to the team.
Monday to Friday 37hrs based in Poole.
Pay rate is £9.38 Ltd £11.83
Responsibilities / key duties:
To Do A Variety Of Administrative Tasks – Such As Sending Letters Raising Purchase Orders
Dealing With Subcontractors Monitoring Email Accounts.
To answer the telephone in a professional manner, obtaining appropriate information and replying accordingly
To maintain contract specific records, storing them in a well organised and retrievable manner
To ensure that all works orders received are processed from receipt through to payment in an orderly, accurate and timely way.
To provide excellent customer service
To represent the company in a professional manner at all times
Essential skills / experience:
The contracts administrator will need to have strong and demonstrable experience of working in a busy office environment.
You must also have strong literacy and numeracy skills
Be able to communicate at all levels and have excellent customer service skills
You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, have the ability to prioritise a busy role and be proficient in it systems including word, excel and outlook.
This role is a temporary to permanent for the right candidate.
