Our client is a major local employer who are looking to appoint an Administrator to join their team.

This role is initially offered for a 12 week period ending on 31st December but there is the possibility of an extension for the right candidate.

Daily Duties Will Include

  • Answering The Phone To Internal/external Clients,
  • General Administration Jobs,
  • Raising Orders,
  • Assisting With Invoice Duties.

Essential criteria

  • Good IT skills
  • Attention to detail
  • MS Word, Outlook, and Excel proficient
  • Good admin experience
  • Organisational skills
  • Good Telephone Etiquette
  • Willing to learn

The role is available to start as soon as possible, the interview will be conducted by telephone.

Hours are 37 per week between 9am – 5pm with some possible flexibility.

The rate of pay is £8.65 per hour
