Our client is a major local employer who are looking to appoint an Administrator to join their team.
This role is initially offered for a 12 week period ending on 31st December but there is the possibility of an extension for the right candidate.
Daily Duties Will Include
- Answering The Phone To Internal/external Clients,
- General Administration Jobs,
- Raising Orders,
- Assisting With Invoice Duties.
- Good IT skills
- Attention to detail
- MS Word, Outlook, and Excel proficient
- Good admin experience
- Organisational skills
- Good Telephone Etiquette
- Willing to learn
The role is available to start as soon as possible, the interview will be conducted by telephone.
Hours are 37 per week between 9am – 5pm with some possible flexibility.
The rate of pay is £8.65 per hour
