Contact Centre advisors based in Christchurch temp to perm role
Our client is looking to recruit some contact centre advisors, to provide a responsive, one stop shop, office based service by receiving and effectively handling calls from customers and housing sector partners.
Experience required
Customer service skills
Experience dealing with the public.
Advantageous if they have previous in this sector.
Wanting to find a solution to provide the best customer service

Essential Criteria
Strong Call Centre experience. Ideally 2 years of relevant experience within the last 5. Strong Customer Services experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate. Ideally including; Word, Excel Outlook, and various in-house call centre systems
Good communication.
Ability to build rapport
Ability to empathise, and resilience
Accuracy is very important
This is challenging role but can be rewarding you will be busy taking 40-60 calls and dealing with some vulnerable people so you must have a calm and understanding nature
The hours are
Between 08:00am – 06:00pm. (Shifts include 08:00am – 04:30pm, 08:30am – 05:00pm, 09:00am – 06:00pm) Please be aware there is 1 hour lunch and 2 x 15 minutes breaks are pre-scheduled
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £9.47 /hour
