Customer Service Advisor

Our Client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to provide a responsive, office based service by receiving and effectively handling calls from customers. Maintain and update the various caller databases within the Contact Centre system.
We are looking for candidates with the following
Strong Call Centre experience.
Ideally 2 years of relevant experience within the last 5.
Strong Customer Services experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate. Ideally including; Word, Excel Outlook, and various in-house call centre systems
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
To demonstrate a commitment to issues such as customer care
Maintain the standards of service outlined in the Customer Service Charter.
Communicate in a manner appropriate to customer needs
