Neighbourhood Housing Officer

We are looking for an Experienced Neighbourhood Housing Officer to work within the Neighbourhood Service Team with our client in Christchurch.
You must hold a current enhanced DBS, with use of your own vehicle.
Ideally this is for a immediate start initially for 8 weeks.
Reporting to the Neighbourhood Team Manager, they will be responsible for providing a comprehensive neighbourhood management service to residents of our clients properties, implementing pro-active measures to deal with local issues and encouraging residents to participate in group activities.

The Neighbourhood Housing Officer will need to have
Demonstrable experience in social housing management
Qualified to GCSE Grade A-C in Maths & English (or Equivalent).
They will have a commitment to providing excellent customer care and a sound knowledge of relevant housing legislation and performance standards.
Experience of multi-agency working and excellent communication skills are essential as well as experience with IT systems including word, Excel and Outlook.
A Sound knowledge of equality & diversity and a belief in resident involvement is key.
skilled at multi-tasking, and confident with their own ability. They will need to have strong interpersonal skills
Candidates will be required to travel around and Hampshire and Dorset, therefore a current driving licence and own transport will be essential. Mileage will be paid
