At this time of year you just can’t escape all of the advertising for holidays- TV, Online, Social Media, Radio…its everywhere!
All workers are entitled to paid time off and this includes temp workers.
Here at Swann we always make sure our workers know that they accrue holiday pay, and can access their holiday ‘fund’ to let them know how much they have in the ‘pot’. Then if they want to take some time off they will be paid.
If you work on temp contracts through a recruitment agency make sure you are told about your entitlement- theres no excuse, its a legal requirement
